All membership fees are non-refundable.

Many of our events are held in venues or locations with a very limited capacity, to create unique and intimate performances. In the event of audience numbers needing to be restricted, spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We’ll always let you know when we announce an event if there is a very small capacity, and if you need to RSVP or can simply arrive on the door.

Because of the nature of the venues we use, some may not be very accessible for those with mobility difficulties. Please feel free to let us know in advance if this is likely to affect you and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

All of our events are normally suitable for people of all ages, but this scheme is not aimed at children. Some events, such as film screenings, may have an age restriction. ID may be required where alcohol is served, depending on the venue.

This scheme is aimed at Isle of Wight residents, and although anyone can join, all events held throughout the year will be in the Ventnor area.

The Fringe always reserves the right to change, alter or cancel any event without warning, although this would always be our last resort, or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
